Habitat
CFC provides activities that involve youth safely,
appropriately and legally in our work. This
program gives young people the opportunity to invest
directly in their communities and in community service.
What Is Youth United All About?
Habitat
for Humanity has developed an exciting, new initiative
that invites youth, ages 5-25, to work together to fund
and build homes in their own communities. Youth
United targets a group of young, enthusiastic
volunteers to build homes, develop leadership skills,
engage in positive service activities and experience the
joy of helping others.
What
Are The Best Reasons To Participate?
Young people
energized by community service will become dynamic
community members and leaders. Habitat for Humanity
projects can unify diverse racial, political, sectarian
and ethnic groups, and build lasting relationships that
strengthen individuals and communities.
Working with Habitat
for Humanity is a great way for young people to put
their energy and commitment to good use and realize that
they can make a tangible difference in the lives of
others.
Thanks to this new
group of Habitat volunteers, another family in your
community will enjoy the blessings of a simple, decent
home.

United
